An 8th Grade team of teachers at Robbinsdale MIddle School in Robbinsdale, MN were trained in coaching skills and conversations. Each teacher chose 1-2 students who were failing 3 or more classes to coach weekly in hallway laser coaching sessions. 67% of students coached increased academic achievement.
Peer Coaching Workshops
