Nancy Hellander Pung started Design From Within Coaching, LLC in 2006. She is committed to empowering others to step into their full potential through professional staff development training, mentor coaching parent workshops and 1:1 coaching.
Nancy is passionate about teaching, learning and coaching. She is a licensed teacher in the state of MN, graduated from St. Cloud State University and has her master's degree from Hamline University. She has been a classroom teacher, athletic coach, instructional,
leadership and academic coach for the past 26 years. She was a semi-finalist for MN State Teacher of the Year in 2004, recognized for her outstanding teaching in Minneapolis Public Schools.
She has been an Adjunct Faculty at Hamline University since 2008 and has taught "Leadership & Academic Coaching Skills for Educators" to hundreds of educators, students and parents in over 25 school districts and 7 countries.
